Shipping policy
Dreamer Bohemia ships orders Monday/Wednesday/Friday and aims to dispatch packages within 48 hours of order placement.
Domestic (Australian) shipping:
All domestic orders are shipped with Australia Post. The shipping options are $12.00 AUD for regular post and $17.50 AUD for express post, or $17.50 AUD + $25 AUD for bulky items.
Estimated timelines for deliveries are between 4-7 days for regular post, and 1-3 days for express post - all depending on location and Aust Post networks/delays.
International shipping (not including the USA):
All international orders are shipped via Australia Post which then transfers to the local shipping network in your delivery country. International delivery is $45 flat AUD via standard international shipping, or $75 AUD for bulky items. Please note we only ship to a limited number of international locations; if your country doesn't appear in the checkout we unfortunately are not able to ship to you at this point in time. We are currently unable to ship to the EU due to the GPSR regulations.
Please note we are not liable for any additional charges or duties that your package attracts through your country's customs process. We are legally obliged to declare the total value of each purchase and provide a commercial invoice if required. Please do not ask to have the dollar value of your item reduced for customs, I insure all overseas parcels and need to declare them at their correct value for this.
USA shipping:
We have resumed shipping to the United States. All taxes and duties are to be paid at the time of order placement and will be shown as a line item in the checkout. Please note these are based on the regulations as set out by the US and are based on the country of origin of each item. This money is then paid to your government through a third party app. This is not money I collect, nor are the prices set by me personally, they are all automatically calculated for me. All orders will be marked and sent with the correct value, I will not mark orders as gifts or of a lower value.
You can track your order online and you will receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
All orders are packaged with love using recycled materials where possible in compostable mailers.
